Smoothies and Shakes
Smoothies and shakes may seem like the obvious choice – and it’s for a reason. The recipes are quick and easy. It’s important to remember that True State hemp protein powders are all-natural, have little-to-no taste or smell and contain no THC or other cannabinoids. So, feel free to use as much or as little as you please.
Some of our favorite smoothies and shakes can be found at gimmesomeoven.com. We’ve tried the Golden Milk Smoothie recipe with two scoops of True State hemp protein powder and find it to be delicious and refreshing.
Pancakes & Waffles
While this option may not be the obvious choice, hemp protein powder integrates well with a wide variety of baked goods. Simply add a half scoop (7.5 grams) of protein powder for every pancake of waffle you wish to make. Oatmeal & Cereal
Oats and cereals make a great morning combination to get your day started. No mixers or blenders required, just sprinkle a single scoop of True State hemp protein on the oats or cereal and mix with your spoon. Because True State’s hemp protein powder is flavorless and colorless, you can add a healthy protein kick to your diet without the traditional downsides we’ve all experienced in the past.
